A monumental mid-century modern art glass vase designed by the renowned glassmaster Josef Hospodka for the Chribská glassworks in Czechoslovakia, circa 1960s. This is a highly desirable, large-format piece featuring Hospodka's iconic "tree trunk" design. The colour seamlessly transitions from a vibrant cranberry pink at the top to a warm golden amber base.

13 inches Multi-layered cased glass (Sommerso style), sculpted with deep vertical ribs. Heavy, substantial collector's piece. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, flea bites, or internal cloudiness. The base is flat and highly polished, displaying light, genuine vintage scratch marks (shelf wear) consistent with age, authenticating its mid-century provenance.
