Art Deco Walther Nelson Pink / Peach Frosted Glass Complete Centrepiece

One of Walthers largest and finest centrepieces. Made during the mid 1930's. Very rare to find complete. The float bowl is very thick and heavy, moulded with a fantastic design of pond foliage to match the water theme of the main subject. This bowl is also used for the Peter Pan (Flotenspeiler) centrepiece.

It is very hard to find these in such good condition as they are quite easily damaged. This is a wonderful addition for a serious collector. Bowl has a small sliver on the inside rim of the bowl and some roughness around the rim, air bubbles etc. Other than that vintage wear and some loss of frosting from polishing over the years. Set slighty rocks when together which is from manufacture. Dimensions - Height of whole centrepiece 28cms, 33cms across the bowl.
