9.5 vintage Murano sommerso burgundy/yellowithblue/pink glass vase mandruzzato
Chunky faceted vase with sommerso burgundy-brown, yellow and blue, cased in pale pink glass. Made on the island of Murano, Italy. Original foil paper label attached.
Measures 24cm tall and width at widest point across the top is approx 9cm. The glass is in great condition.No chips, cracks or bruises. Also many of the items are hand made, they may have small imperfections such as bubbles, inclusions & lumps within the glass and often tool marks from where they have been shaped and worked in the manufacturing process. These are not usually seen by collectors as faults or damage, but as part of the character of hand made glass and are not usually mentioned in the description.
