Antique Victorian bride's basket featuring a beautiful pink satin/frosted art glass bowl set in an ornate silverplate frame by Meriden Silver Plate Co. The removable glass bowl features a dramatic ruffled edge with raised decorative floral and geometric details. The elaborate metal stand has a tall swing-style handle, embossed floral decoration, and ornate feet. The frame is clearly marked MERIDEN SILVER PLATE CO. QUADRUPLE PLATE and numbered 1134.
