Orient & Flume Bruce Sillars 1986 Crystal Cased LILY WITH MILLEFIORI BUTTERFLY Paperweight etch signed on base, Includes original label on base. Has Certificate of Authenticity 13/150. It is of a gorgeous mauve lily on a bed of green leaves with a hovering multi cane millefiori butterfly, all encased in shimmering crystal. The base has a glimmer to it which adds to the beauty of this piece. Also, in different lighting, the base appears to be either a bluish tint or a gold. I tried to show this in my photos. Orient and Flume is known for the clarity of its crystal, no tinge of yellowing as other companies have. Etched on the base are the artist's name B Sillars Orient & Flume sfn17 13/150 A1986. Please note the skillful artistry of the leaves, flower and its detailed center, and the gorgeous butterfly, each developed in a layer fashion, each upon the next. The original paper label still adheres to the base.

This weight measures approximately 3 inches across. The overall condition of this paperweight is excellent, truly a prize to add to someone's paperweight collection.
