Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri Darte Art Glass Lovely Ribbed Vase. Seguso Vetri Darte model number is 12024. It was designed in 1958. Please note it has a Flaw from the production p rocess. Colours are beautiful Rare Fuchsia Pink glass cased in Lilac glass using the sommerso technique.

Please note this is a crizzled glass. The result of chemical instability in glass caused by an imbalance in the ingredients of the batch, particularly an excess of alkali or a deficiency of stabilizer (usually lime). In certain light it looks like it has fine net inside it (showing on the last three photos).

Please note this glass is over 65 Years Old. Even with this production flaw, it survived over 65 or more years.

I think this is pretty good. In my opinion this would provide a good talking point. Super design from this Famous Italian Glass Designer. Displays beautifully as seen on the photos.
