French Art Deco Pink Glass Vase by Souchon Neuvesel

An art deco vase, molded, in pale pink glass, with a radiating sunrise pattern sandwiched between fruit and leaves. The photos appear bronze in colour, to the eye the glass is pink, with a light metallic finish. The underside shows the SN monogram for Souchon Neuvesel and 84 bis.

Souchon Neuvesel was associated with the Legras house via numerous partnerships. The final photo includes other similar pieces also for sale. In good vintage condition, with some small flakes around the mouth, a further one to the foot rim.

Molded glass sometimes has glass contains air bubbles due to the process, which this vase may have, as shown. Size: 25.5 cm high, 12 cm diam; weight 1 Kg. The item will first be wrapped in bubble before packing securely in a solid box with lots of peanuts - earthquake proof.
