An Isle of Wight Glass vase in Pink Azurene, a stunning colourway with pink glass covered in gold and silver foil, designed by Michael Harris and William Walker. This is the largest size vase in this range and is a nice early example as it has both the flame pontil mark and a gold and black triangular label. Identifying Marks / Makers Marks. "Flame" pontil mark on the base and has the original gold and black triangular label attached.

Age / date of manufacture. C1979 (use of the flame pontil on the base and the introduction of the black and gold triangular label happened c1979). Measures just over 9" (23 cm) tall and is approximately 3 7/8" (9.8 cm) in diameter across the rim measured outside edge to outside edge. Measures approximately 3 7/8 (9.8 cm) in diameter across the base.
