Monart UB. VII Pink Copper Aventurine Vintage Glass Bowl

A Monart pink & black mottled glass bowl with speckles of copper aventurine. Made by the Scottish Moncrieff's factory in the 1930's/40's, pattern number UB. Breaking the pattern number down, UB is the shape number, and VII is the size (8.5 inch diameter). Unmarked but has the classic Monart base finish (raised pontil and flat outer ring).

Please note: the plastic stand is for display purposes only and is not included. Measures approx 2.5 inches tall by 8.5 inches in diameter at widest point.
