Very solid piece, cannot find another one like it. Zoom in on the pictures to see the bowls beauty. The bowl is approximately 6 3/4" inches long at widest spot x 5 1/2" inches across. The bowl is approximately 2 1/2 inches tall at tallest spot. The bowl weighs approximately 3 1/2 pounds.

This is a vintage Murano glass sommerso bowl, possibly designed by Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte. The bowl features the "sommerso" (submerged) technique, where layers of differently colored glass are fused together to create an optical effect.

It has three distinct interior colors, appearing as pink/red, blue, and clear outer casing. The piece is attributed to the design period of the 1950s.

It is a hand-blown, heavy cased glass object. All sales are final, thank you.
