Opalescent Pink Signed Murano Art Glass Sculptural Bird. This is a truly gorgeous signed swan by the well known Muranese glass artist Elio Raffaeli. With an opelescent pink core and cased clear glass the Sommerso effect is pronounced especially over the back. Whilst the eyes and bill are applied clear glass. With a ground and polished base and signed by Elio Raffaeli.

Most likely produced during his time in collaboration with Roberto Cammozzo post 1980 though maybe earlier with the influence of Briati when he interpreted the works of Flavio Poli. In great condition with only minor wear to base.
