Orient & Flume Art Glass Vase Description and Item Information Up for sale is this beautiful Orient and Flume studio art glass vase. Please excuse any glare in the photos. This cased crystal paperweight vase has a pattern of dogwood flowers, with branches and foliage. This piece measures approximately 8 3/4 inches tall, with a maximum width of about 3 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 3 pounds 7.1 ounces. The flat base is ground and polished, with a round, ground and polished central pontil. This would be a lovely addition to a collection of American studio art glass. There is another engraved marking which is a combination of letters and numbers.

The age of this vase is not known. The glass was made in Chico, California. Condition This vase looks great overall, with no chips, or cracks. The interior is clean and without stains or residue. There is a very fine 1/2 inch scratch to the side, and there are a couple of very short (1/8 inch or less) scratches to the sides.

Beneath, there are very light wear marks. As made, there are a few tiny internal bubbles. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made. And international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
