Pink Kakadu or Cockatoo Flower Frog Figurine. This is an art deco large pretty pink Cockatoo or Kakadu figurine with built in flower frog.

It is a good quality heavy figurine and was made in the Depression era 1920's and 1930's. Pink Cockatoo or Kakadu figurine made by the Brockwitz Glass Company in Germany.

The figurine is 8.5 inches or 21.5cm high. The foot of the figurine is 3.5 inches or 9 cm across. The flower frog is 6 inches or 15cm in diameter.

There is one small chip near one of the flower holes in the frog area. There are a few flea bite flakes around the inside of the bottom where the figurine sits. There are no cracks in the figurine which is pretty good for glass this old. Have a look at all the photos to see the lovely colour and condition. Cockatoo figurine chest protrudes out and you can see berries and ferns around its feet. It's hard to get good photos of these glass figurines. I know what it is like to get broken items and feel bitterly disappointed when they are not wrapped properly.
