Rare Bohemian Loetz Arcadia Art Nouveau Enamel Floral Rose Bowl Art Vase
Fine Antique LOETZ "Arcadia" Art Nouveau Iridescent Enameled Floral Rose Bowl Vase ca. A creation by Loetz Klostermuehle of Austria, this lovely piece is very rare and highly collectible, superbly hand crafted and hand blown of colorless glass and beautifully hand painted with colorful anemone like flowers and gilded accents against a soft matte iridescent body and crimped ruffled rim, known in Loetz terminology as "Arcadia", a well documented décor on the Loetz website. A colorless glass with a pale greenish tinge and matte opal iridescence often decorated with gold paint or an enamel decoration.
Measures approximately 4 1/8" wide x 3 1/2" tall. Vase is unsigned, pontil on bottom.
The vase is in very good condition, no cracks or repair, please see photos. A lovely addition to any Bohemian Glass Collection!
