Stunning Art Deco Glass Chandelier Geometric Floral by Muller Freres in Rose
Renowned glass artists Muller Freres (the shade is signed). The glass shade is made of thick moulded or pressed glass, adorned with a geometrical design that encircles a series of round abstract floral decorations, which was typical for French Art deco design. The canopy is original with a floral pattern, and the chains follow the same design. The metal cap and chains are in very good condition for their age. The shade is in very good condition, with only a few minute chips that are not readily visible (see photos).
It has a diameter of 38 cm (15), and is in salmon pink frosted glass with an intricate geometric design and flower motif. It is signed Muller Freres Luneville as shown in the last image. It accommodates three household sockets, and requires rewiring. The total height of the pendant is 48 cm (19). The glass bowl is 12 cm high (4.7), and the chain and cap together are 36 cm long (14).
