Stunning & RARE Signed Moser Art Glass Vase

I've been collecting Moser glass for over 30 years, and when this GEM surfaced I had to have it! This is quite a piece of work, hot pink slightly opalescent glass, with amber colored hot glass applied tadpoles on the front and sides of the vase. The rim is hand cut and tooled, gilded in gold.

The base features a polished pontil where it's signed "Moser Karlsbad". Although this certainly has modern flair to it, with some Art Deco elements even, yet given the ultra high quality Victorian style enameling, and cut top, and type of glass used compared to other Moser examples of like quality, I'd date this piece to the early 1890's. Before Moser had their own glass furnace in 1895, they were decorating glass produced by other high end glass companies such as Harrach and Loetz.
