Stylish Vintage French Art deco ceiling light with a pink glass shade dating from the 1930s. The shade is a combination of pink and clear glass giving a mottled marbling effect which is known as Vichy glass and has a ribbed effect going around the middle. The shade gives of a warm cosy glow when lit.

The shade hangs with a brass gallery a gold metal 5 link chain and a gold metal cup style ceiling rose. This stylish light would suit many room settings giving your home a touch of French Period charm.

Maximum Height 49 cm (19 1/2). Height of Shade 20 cm (8). Diameter of shade 19 cm (7 1/2). Diameter Ceiling Rose 8 cm (3).

Approximate Weight 1.05 KG. The shade is in very good antique with no chips or cracks, it does have some air bubbles which is common in glass from this period. The lamp holder is wired with twin core French wiring and has a standard bayonet bulb holder. The gold metal chain has some pitting marks.
